The Project was to upgrade existing stable block to provide entertaining accommodation together with Swimming Pool.

The refurbishment was done to a high specification with close liaison with the Clients to achieve this outstanding property. As the property was originally the stable block, we kept as many of the original features as possible for example the wooden stable stalls were left in to provide a wall between the kitchen and dining area and as the photo show many of the roof timbers were restored and provide rooms with character.

Externally the area has been landscaped and also incorporated a stunning swimming pool which was lined with slate tiles which reflect the colours through the water. The pool is surrounded with reclaimed York paving.

This has been a conversion which has shown the quality of HHP’s workmanship

This 16th Century Farmhouse has been altered and extended several times over many years and needed a new layout to both floors to provide suitable family accommodation.

HHP undertook extensive modernisation works to this property to include a new glazed link to the rear of the property. All the windows were replaced with metal casements inserted into the original Stone Mullions.

New Staircase was repositioned in the property to give better access to the first floor.

Extensive external works included re-pointing the complete exterior of the property together with paving and landscaping.

The Project was to upgrade existing main Farmhouse and Cottage together with external works.

The Contract was carried out in three Phases to allow the Clients to live on site at all times overseeing the project. The Specification was to a high standard and achieved to provide a comfortable country residence.

Phase one was to refurbish the Cottage for them to move into whilst the second Phase was a total renovation of the main Farmhouse. There was a vast array of bespoke joinery which our workshop carried out which included the Kitchen, Staircase, Book shelving and fitted Bedroom furniture.

Phase three had been external works which includes purpose built Garage and Landscaping (carried out by others).

The project was to build a purpose made Equine Stud facility to include stabling, paddocks and Outdoor Arena.

The design took into consideration that they would be foaling mares which need larger than average size so all the stables can have the internal dividing wall removed to provide the additional space required.

The stabling complex is spacious and is accessed through the clock tower into an enclosed yard with the stabling off. Behind the stabling is an open sided barn which is for storage with an enclosed muck heap to one side whilst the other offers a ramp and screening for loading of the horses.

The Arena (built by others) provides training and breaking facilities for the mares and foals.

The Project was to upgrade and provide new facilities for this Somerset Farm. This project was completed in two phases

Total upgrade and extension to the main House was completed as Phase 1 providing a high standard of living for the present owners. A new Garage was built up by the main House not only to provide garaging but also storage facilities and log store.

Phase 2 was the building of the New Stable Block and Workshop together with the walled Garden.

Close liaison with the Clients has provided them with a purpose made country residence for them to explore and enjoy.

The Project was to transform a redundant Public House which had been closed for several years in this popular Somerset village into a busy vibrant Country Pub.

The building had been empty for some years and plans were to totally renovate and extend to provide a Dining Room / Function Room together with 10 En-Suite Guest Rooms.

Project timescales were tight from the start with a total demolition of the rear of the site also removing the back elevation thus allowing the side extension to be added to the main building creating the Guest Rooms and Dining Room. Externally there is a superb outdoor seating area with lawned area with breathtaking views up a valley.
The main building was totally renovated to provide an inviting bar and dining area together with a purpose made catering kitchen.

We had the benefit of working very closely with the Clients which enabled us to provide a purpose built Country Pub and done within the tight project timescales. Attention to detail was and is very obvious if visited or just looking at the project photographs with both internal and external specifications to a very high stand.
